Forecasts from the Fuerteventura Tourist Board show that this summer Fuerteventura will recover nearly 70% of it's international air connections compared to last year's summer season.
The data, handled by the promoters of the island in London, Paris, Rome, Berlin, Stockholm, and Warsaw indicate that during this summer, Fuerteventura will have regular air connectivity and international charter of 187 direct flights per week compared to 274 operated last year.
The largest number of flights will once again be German, with 66 direct flights a week forecast for this summer, followed by the United Kingdom, with 65 weekly flights.
The rest is divided between Italy (12), the Netherlands (10), Poland (7) and France (6), while to a lesser extent companies have scheduled operations from destinations such as Sweden (5), Denmark (5), Switzerland (5), Ireland (5) or Belgium (3).
Meanwhile, connections to Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Austria and Finland are reduced to one or two per week. According to this forecast report, Fuerteventura would lose the connections with Norway, Estonia and Hungary.
