This privately owned studio is suitable for two or three people and is located in a small complex of nine studio apartments with their own private gardens with a swimming pool.

The complex is in a quiet part of Corralejo town, but within easy walking distance of shops (50m) beaches (300m) and restaurants.
The studio encompasses a lounge/sleeping area which has a double bed, two seater cane settee, cane arm chair, and a T.V. video, and music centre.
The fully equipped kitchen has a two ring hob, microwave oven, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, washing machine and fridge with a breakfast bar and two stools.

The patio area within the apartment has been divided to provide a single bed. This area can also be used as a patio for table and chairs overlooking the pool.

Poolside..

The area around the swimming pool in the complex is comunal with sunbeds provided.

Clothes dryers are also provided at the far end of the complex.

Safe included

Nearest supermarket two minutes.
