Casa Punta Elena

Casa Punta Elena offers first class accommodation in the premier road of Corralejo. Beside the sea, and beaches, yet within easy walking distance of the main shopping centre, bars and restaurants of the bustling town.

This three bedroomed luxury townhouse has increasingly stunning views from each floor leading to the roof terrace with nearly 360* views of the harbour, Lanzarote, Lobos and the distant mountains of Fuerteventura.

At the front there is a private parking area surrounded by colourful mature flower beds and a separate gate and path leading to the front door. The garden continues around the house opening to a spacious sun terrace with an 8m heated swimming pool, shower and plenty of room for sun loungers for you to relax on. A gate leads to access to the beach walkway and sea. A small beach is three minutes to the right and to the left Galera Beach is five minutes away.

The house was designed to make maximum advantage of the sea view. The ground floor consists of a double bedroom, a full bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and wash-basin; there is also a twin-bedded room with patio doors leading to a large covered terrace with garden table and six chairs, and steps down to the paved garden and pool area.

Accommodation

The first floor consists of the master bedroom with ensuite shower room, open plan lounge with satellite TV, DVD, video, music centre and a fully equipped kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer and microwave and table and six chairs. You can enjoy the sea view even when washing-up! There is a large balcony with another table and seating for six for dining al fresco. You can watch the ferries travelling back and forth to Lanzorote, the windsurfers in the sheltered bay, the surfers out on Rocky Point (Punta Elena), or people fishing just in the front while you sip your drink.

The roof terrace has an enclosed washing machine, barbeque, small table and chairs, a couple of sunbeds and a shower. The walls keep it private for sunbathing, but the views are breathtaking.
