Palm Springs is a privately owned complex in the popular resort of Corralejo. All apartments enjoy a prime location, overlooking the large swimming pool, and are the most popular apartments on Palm Springs. Each luxury apartments has air conditioning and is south facing, protected from the wind and benefit from all year round sunshine from dawn till dusk.

Conveniently located near the town centre, local amenities and the spectacular sandy beaches, Palm Springs apartments offer excellent value from just £250 per week.

Interior

The two bedroom apartments are best suited for a maximum of two adults and two children or three adults.

Each apartment has a living room with air conditioning, with a settee and an easy chair, satellite TV and CD/mini-system. A breakfast bar divides the living room from the kitchen.

The bedroom has air conditioning a double bed, a fitted wardrobe and a wall safe (the second bedroom in the two bedroom apartments has twin beds and a wardrobe).

The kitchen is equipped with a four-ring hob, extractor fan, microwave cooker, 5' fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and hand washbasin.

Patio doors lead from the living room to a pergola-covered terrace with a large drinks table and reclining chairs, making it the perfect place for spending those long summer days and nights.

House Keeping: Our accommodation in Corralejo is cleaned weekly with towel changes twice weekly and changes of bed linen once weekly.

Exterior

All apartments have private entrances with a small garden and on the pool side a pergola and terrace/patio with table and chairs plus sun loungers.

The terraces are separated one from the other by dividing walls, which provide greater privacy, and the apartments overlook the swimming pool.

The large, single depth pool is surrounded by spacious, sunbathing terraces and there are ample sunloungers for the use of guests. On-site car parking provided.

Walking times: nearest beach 5 minutes, nearest supermarket, 1 minute; nearest restaurant, 2 minutes; main street in Corralejo, 10/15 minutes; Galera Beach, 10 minutes; start of the sand-dune beaches, 10 minutes.
