Beachside Duplex - El Cotillo

The main attractions of El Cotillo are the fantastic white beaches and glorious sunsets. The duplex is just 40 metres from what is one of the best unspoilt beaches in the Canaries. A sandy white beach stretches for three miles to the very north of the island. It has beautiful, safe lagoons and it is always possible to find a totally private spot somewhere.

Accommodation

The duplex, (one of a small complex of eight) has a sitting room, with TV and music centre, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob and microwave, and a breakfast bar. It has an upstairs twin bedroom and spacious bathroom. The settee in the living room converts to a double bed. As the duplex is to the rear of the properties there is a small, very private patio, with trees that can offer shade. The patio has garden furniture and loungers which can be taken to the nearby beach.

The duplex is 500 metres from El Cotillo, which has some small supermarkets, an excellent choice of eight restaurants. and a few freindly bars..
