| How do I make reservation? |
| Simply select the area where you wish to stay (eg. Corralejo, Caleta de Fuste etc.) and browse through the properties on offer. Once you have found accommodation that suits your requirements simply click on the 'reserve now' link and fill out the form that follows. This information is then sent to us and we can inform you in 24 hours if that property will be bill available for the dates you require. |
| What about payment? |
| Once your
apartment has been confirmed available for rent we will send you full payment
details in our booking confirmation invoice. To hold your accommodation
you will need to pay 50% deposit of the balance due, into either our UK
account or our account here on Fuerteventura. Full details of each of these
accounts will be sent to you once you have decided to reserve. Your holiday is not confirmed until this deposit is paid and you have sent us a receipt of payment by e-mail or fax. The balance of payment must be made in the First Class Connections office within 48 hours of arrival on Fuerteventura- Cash or Credit card is accepted. Back to top |
| Are there any hidden extras? |
| If you decide
to pay the full amount in Spain/Canary Islands local taxes of 5% will be
charged. However, if full payment is made in the UK before arrival,

| What happens when I arrive at Fuerteventura Airport? |
| A First Class
Connections representative will be at the airport for all Wednesday arrivals.
It is very important that you check in with her as she will supply you with
your with key collection details, general tourist information, emergency

| What if I decide to cancel do I get a refund? |
| If you choose
to cancel your holiday, you must inform us in writing no less than 4 weeks
before your arrival date and we will refund. Any cancellation received less than 4 weeks before arrival date will result in loss of deposit. Back to top |
