There is also a small supermarket within a 5 minute walking distance for essentials and a mini train stop is close by.

Layout

The entrance to the villa has a small hall leading to a lounge/dining room with 2 sofas, dining room table and chairs, occasional tables, lamps and sideboard with satellite TV (digital - Canal Plus) and a music system.

Patio doors lead to a terrace with a 7x3 metre swimming pool, and large private garden with shrubs and patio furniture and barbeque.

Kitchen

Kitchen There is a fully fitted kitchen with self-catering facilities including hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and doors leading to a utility room with a washing machine, dishwasher and drying area. There is also a downstairs shower room/toilet.

Bedrooms

Stairs lead to three double bedrooms, one bathroom with ensuite and two twin bedrooms with a further full bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. The master bedroom has a security safe for hire and door leading to a private balcony for sunbathing.

Bedroom The four bedroomed Las Pergolas are also detached private villas with heated swimming pools approximately 7x4 metre gardens, terraces with sun loungers and patio table chairs and a barbeque for dining 'al fresco'.

There are also stairs leading to a private rooftop terrace for a sunbathing and a carport to the front for private parking.
